You may step away during a cycle, but your laundry remains your responsibility. Please return before the cycle ends and remove your items promptly so the machines remain available for the next customer.

Yes. These are add-on laundry services professionally processed off-site because larger-capacity machines are required. You can drop the items off, or we can arrange collection & delivery for added convenience. Please WhatsApp us in advance to confirm availability, turnaround time, collection or drop-off arrangements and the applicable price. Service is subject to off-site processing capacity and space availability. EFT, card and other cashless payment options are accepted.
Yes. Collection & delivery is available for R100 (5km radius) within our service area. It can be arranged for our assisted laundry services and, by request, for off-site add-on items such as bedding, duvets and blankets. Please WhatsApp us to confirm collection availability and timing. EFT, card and other cashless payment options are accepted for assisted services.
